Nelson is a holder of a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Higher Institute of Management Studies Buea-Cameroon and currently studying to become a Chartered Management Accountants at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) South Africa /UK.
With his many experiences working with financial and non-institution, his currently a project manager at Ataaji consulting firm in Johannesburg south Africa.
His incharge of project planning, project estimation, budgeting, cost accounting, cash flow management, procurement amongst others.
His a multi-tasking person and a lover of football, a Fan of Liverpool FC in EPL.

holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University (UK), a B.Scs.Honours in Banking and Finance and MDP from GIBS-SA. He is also a Certified IT Project Management Professional (Project +), holds the International Diploma in Professional Project Management (IDPM), Programme in Project Management (PPM), Prince2 Certified, Advance Project Management (APM) and Microsoft Project 2007/2010 from Gijima AST and is a registered Assessor with the Services SETA, currently serving as Project Management Consultant at Standard Bank-South Africa-PSO.
His experience includes Admin Manager for Business in Africa, Corporate trainer for HP-Africa, Relyant/Ellerines Holdings, Project Manager at Gijima AST, and Project/Service Delivery Manager for Gijima Technology People and has managed multiple projects for Anglo American, Standard Bank SA and Microsoft SA. His lecturing and facilitation experience includes lecturing on CIMA’s Enterprise pillar and ACCA’s Business Analysis/Strategy modules at CharterQuest as well as lecturing for Milpark Business School, Damelin Education Group and has authored three books and developed training manuals for corporate and academic use

Norman has previously led a support operations team and managed projects within that space. Norman holds an honours degree in Information Systems majoring in IT Projects B.Scs. (Hons) from Midlands State University and holds a Global credential Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management institution.

He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCTS) in Enterprise Project Management (Microsoft Project Professional) with Microsoft-USA and holder of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry. He is also a registered Constituent Assessor for End User Computing: Information technology with MICT SETA. As a Corporate Consultant Walters has shared his ideas with thousands by working with organisations like Mendy Consulting, ORTSA, Ataaji consulting, Renaissance Conference Organisers, Transnet, NERSA, PETROSA, Ellerines holdings, Gauteng Department of Transport, Gauteng Department of Education, Milpark Business School, Boston Business College and City Campus, Liberty Life, South African Post Office Learning Institute, Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) amongst others. As a project Management professional and Enterprise project Management Expert he has been involved in the developing of project Management Methodology and setting up of project Management standards/Methods and associated software for numerous organisations. In 2012 alone he shared is knowledge with over 500 project management practitioners.
